With time, unlimited power and unlimited budget available to them and opportunity to get their mandates change, they start behaving differently. Once their classified mission becomes to join the history book, they operate with a little care for the damage their actions can be to the country reputational value, the White House reputation, their party affiliation, other people pains and family stability and future. Why? Because of fear of indictments, their bosses, political appointees, future and freedom are at risk or let say, at grave risk. He/she may recuse him/herself and choose not to review their works, not any criticism of their subordinates' prosecutors works. Therefore, prosecutors operate above the formal and informal system of check and balance of prosecutorial conduct and actions. It does not matter that they are employer-employee relationships, in practice, they are not guided by the respondeat superior doctrine. A look of agency relationship doctrine may not fit either since the principal is not politically advise to check the quality, quantity and timeline of works performed by its agents (not contingent to inspection at different stages, not due diligence). They determine lead time and change them when they want. That said, it does not matter that they find at the beginning of investigation no crime to prosecute, their power and arrogance can push them to the roof. Then, an innocent person will be fighting for his/her freedom, future, and fortune for decades to come. The entire investigation can be based on dangerous, inconsistent and hermetic criteria that can trivialize the Justice Department oversight of that case in the near future while generating a precedent leading to investigations of innocent people for wrong doing, wrong doing that the prosecutor did create during his/her long investigation to join the history book. The bigger he/she can zoom that case in the media, the bigger space he/she will occupy in the history book. You don't understand how a simple faulty recollection of facts can lead to criminal offense capable of bringing down the whole system, framers of constitution intent, and the people will (Consider US vs Libby with a need of review since his boss, G.W Bush pardon power did not help Libby. Yes, sometimes conflict between memories can come to trial after the judge deny of the presentation of scientific testimony leaving the defense disarmed to challenge the prosecution allegations. Then, they can offer to drop some charges if you can deliver someone higher to the prosecutor. At the end, prosecutor fame and place in history will use innocent people conviction, acceptance of guilt or delivery of someone else above the search for the truth, pursuit of justice, the framers of constitution intent and people will. Having said all of this, I will add that if your office is supported by the prosecution it does not matter that the staff was negligent in handling of vital information (lost and found) your staff will be awarded by the Court huge for that poor job regardless of the mediatic consequence of that poor performance. Reporters must have the best interest of the public in mind and ask questions to the president about his policies and plan for actions, therefore how he will achieve that agenda and how he will make deals with other stakeholders including Congress. All this brought disaster in the White House without keeping him from finding an escape where he can blame everyone except himself or the flood of disasters during his leadership of the USA. In short, despite all these deaths and other inconsistent recollections over the decades, nobody did have that arrogance to bring US Representative, US Senator, Committee chairman and VEEP Biden for questioning; no proximity of lie detector test to confirm and clear any theory until last year. Over the last decades, any accuser of the Bidens family members has had date in any criminal court including tax court and other courts. Healthy hard worker (including star executive) has been shot down from multimillion dollars compensation package like their peers to housing/SSI, disability insurance fraud or else from the American communist's groups. Snap would sing "I have got the power". I would say that Hon Joe Biden has got the power like Indira Gandhi, Modi, Putin, Fidel, Kim, Xi and others the U.S constitution does not grant to him. After all, who will win that last hurrah fight,, Pdt Biden for the presidents club or prosecutor for prosecutors of the powerful club, only the future will tell. In the meantime, I wish I could be on the 'Don King' side (media). Thus, I don't expect you all to love Donald J Trump. I don't expect you all to love Billionaires in general. Although I am dying of envy of the owner of his Florida mansion with extraordinary interior (chandeliers...5th largest U.S castle) helping him to meet the qualification of president of interior, only a few of us have that dream. For some of you, big mansions are not your addiction. But, if you are a true patriot of America that means you love America and its founders, you are in position to defend US reputation. You are in position to promote its constitution and its framers. People asked you to follow your heart, I ask you to follow your head. Think and think again about US democracy reputation. Every time you make any decision that will squeeze US reputation hard enough, ask yourself if you want your country to be like China democracy or Cuba democracy. US reputation and honor are on your side, it is time for you to play with your head while carrying US reputation on top of your own reputation, your race reputation, your religion reputation and your party reputation. I did personally follow this news and I don't want it to happen to you and your family. While facing all the acts of delay and abuses, please tell God that you can not endure any additional painful abuses the powerful prosecution put you through. Yes, tell the Supreme Power that you will not accept any additional painful illness they implanted in your brain to make your immune system weak when it is experienced by healthy people. Tell yourself and God that the distressing loneliness caused by unsuitable friendship, mediatic prosecution, bad dating, distant family members and own peer audiences, corrupted psycho brain abusers and trained entourage you are facing cannot weaken your will, plan and risk taking strategy. In July 2019, Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, already a convicted sex offender, was arrested and charged with sex trafficking by federal prosecutors. On August 10, 2019, Epstein felt dehumanized and was found dead in his federal jail cell at Manhattan's Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC). Jeff left behind 4 mansions, 2 planes, huge and heavy accounts portfolio, beloved siblings, nephews, nieces and girlfriends singing after Sarah McLachlan "there is no one left to finger, there is no one here to blame, there is no one left to talk to, honey, and there is no one to buy our innocence".

In short, are you still struggling with feeling of hopelessness and helplessness to fight undervaluation? You cannot escape from that political environment, physically and emotionally, because they are offering independence without economic independence to keep you in that constructive system where they will step on your shoulders to the top and then leave you behind. It is not that difficult once they made them believed that you are a stupid successful person, everyone and every group can now take advantage of you with no addition effort from the people who organized your fall. How can you leave that forced community and lifestyle when your right community is doing nothing to fight for your freedom, recognition or comeback? But, you must remember that God and the people know more than they think. Stay calm, is any voice coming inside of you? probably, God is telling you "son or daughter, do not fear for, I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you, i will uphold you with my righteous right hand". That voice can help you from talking to yourself, habit caused by loneliness. That voice can prevent any temptation for ending somebody weak life. It can also bring down the collusion of wealthy church leaders and politicians. This collusion is a secret cooperation between these parties to put you in situation where you will not be able to be economically independent to leave that secret and forced unpaid group indexed for the appointment and nomination of political and non-political leaders. It is designated to keep you on the lowest level of your peers with benefactors: paid leaders. It fits the description of the slavery/yellow dog in the sense that it does not need your consent, you furnish too much effort while somebody else is the benefactors of your hard works in the arrangement you are not a party. Thus, if you bring Abraham Lincoln back in this world, he will recognize the similarities of that neo-system with the system he was dealing with then. Their media can not create any Federal Department or indexed cabinet without any constitutional amendment, congressional hearing, congressional vote and register publication. Both parties agreement cannot escape that constitutional Act procedure. Napoleonists can create various competitions between their subjects with confusing rules and dangerous criteria only weak minds can rely on. It is true that confusion will generate a dysfunctional system for them, to capitalize by extending pains, anger and predatory dependence. Predatory dependence system between subjects with limited power and resources leading to fights between subjects and deaths, can distribute more power to the framers of that system.

It is infuriating that for the first time since Coolidge, it took 64 days for the president to give his first presidential press conference with notes and staff interruptions ("thank you everybody-this ends the press conference."

Double life! Candidate and President elect Biden did pledge to restore "truth and transparency back to the briefing room" in order to update frequently people about how the government is serving them, the owners of the country. White House Correspondence's Association Zoom call was expecting to build a useful and informative tool between the government and its audience through the media. But what Pdt Biden implemented was systematically the opposite. So far, he has held significantly fewer formal press conference than his 17 predecessors (from Coolidge to Trump). The public has not been given opportunities to help him manage his expectation with Congress and other stakeholders because of the dark and confusion in his White House. How these cheat sheet get to the hand of Pdt Biden. The true textbook of Pdt Biden communication requires White House reporters to give advance notice on which questions they plan to ask at briefing. Then, the White House Press staff pick what questions they like. They develop responses and coach former VEEP and Pdt Biden and ready cheat sheet with faces of reporters to be called by the president. (sorry Joe you can hide that cheat sheet) At the end, regardless of the public interest, if they don't like your questions, you will not be called by the president during this press conference because your question, name and picture were not pre-approved by his staff. Preapproved reporters are not truly independent. When assessing their independence, we must consider not only the reporters relationships with the White House staff and their party (democrats in this case)[members of the same club, vacationing friends, neighborhood in the same building association, serve the same non profit board...) but also how they act with the White House Staff and party leaders in general. Some reporters with strong ties may ask independent questions while other reporters without strong ties may just fall victims to a controlled mindset and allow the White House staff to dictate the terms and structure of the questionings. Put simply, neither the White House staff nor these categories of reporters act in the best interest of the public audience (people). They don't have incentive of assessing what that target audience wants. In fact, there is barely evidence of negotiations (what to ask) resulting from these types of relationship. Rather than negotiate with the White House staff, their silence and submission behavior make them work either as agent or advisor body of the White House staff. At the end, the reporters must be cooperative if not malleable when dealing the White House staff in order to be called by the president and not being interrupted by the White House staff. Having an independent employer while building a collegial relationship with the White House staff will give inside information and questions to ask and get pre-approved regularly for a call.

It is shameful to realize that the communists spirits you did fight very hard and did win while your lives and reputation were at grave risk as military, diplomat and the like are guiding your own White House now. With all these powers in the discretion of the prosecutor, it is not hard to predict any attempt for them to misuse these powers and charge an innocent and accomplished man/woman who dedicated his/her life to serve honorarily this country and carry the flag of USA to the first rank/podium. Any prosecutorial attempt to intimidate, distract and waste his/her time and federal taxpayers' money with professional and personal allegations would tend only to sway him/her in the opposite direction from the intended initial investigation based on true interpretations of the laws if the latter mediatic intent to pressure him/her to harm himself/herself or pressure other people (3rd party to join that fight) to harm him/her failed. The question has always been at what point does the prosecutor will transform from being a law enforcer to his own history maker with only intent to convict a celeb including innocent in order to gain more space in the U.S history book? These last two posts show that it is possible for arrogant and very mediatic prosecutors to cross this line, and they usually do. To close, I want you to tell prosecutor that the old abuse of prosecutorial ethical rules will not fly not more, the people will review their allegations with care, getting mediatic coverage as long as innocent and criminal people are convicted, ruined and undervalued are no longer acceptable way to join U.S history book and gain bigger space (page!) in this great land of the free and innocent until convicted.
