A former Director at American Express and Microsoft, Samkange’s startup involvement mirrors his catholicity of interests- from DEI consulting to Sales Operations, from Community-focused SaaS to Fintech; He oscillates between strategic, board work and roll-up-the-sleeves selling.?In his own words, “My mind goes to where the problems lie.?Whatever it requires, I’m there!”?

As with so many in the industry, Samkange’s career in Technology bears little resemblance to his academic path.??A graduate of Tufts, Yale,?and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Samkange is a scholar of Asian and African history and has a flair for communication.?

Though his vocation is Tech Sales, Operations & Strategy, his avocations are nuanced and varied, befitting the all-rounder he is.

A little-known fact in his professional circle, Samkange is an author.?He writes historical romances and dystopic science-fiction.?His life, he says, provides metaphors that fuel his creative streak.?
