Aerial shots for Premier League Ident

We were approached in the summer of 2019 by a London based production company, to assist with capturing the aerial shots for a Premier League ident.  And it couldn’t have been more appropriate, as the team featured in the ident was none other than our home team, Norwich City Football Club.

The ident was to show a group of paddle boarders that seems confused and follows the lead of one SUP’er in particular, Giles Bradford, co-owner of Coltishall’s Secret SUP and founder of Broads Adventure Series (which we also happened to have filmed in 2018 and 2019). 

As the drone rises further up, it reveals the iconic canary logo of Norwich City Football, formed with the paddle boards!

Behind the scenes it took a two-man crew from HexCam to hand-catch the drone, as the TOLS (take off and landing site) was from a rowing boat.  This was due to the location chosen by the production company in the Norfolk Broads, and we were confident that our skills could meet the client’s requirement.
