Peak Performers is a nonprofit recruiting firm specializing in contract roles with state of Texas government agencies. We've partnered with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to recruit for an AEM Solutions Architect in the Austin, TX area.
Our client
Through collaboration and leadership, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) delivers a safe, reliable, and integrated transportation system that promotes human mobility and goods’ movement.
Your duties
As an AEM Solutions Architect you will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions and lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with TxDOT business objectives. You will manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of an AEM implementation, develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Adobe platform, including AEM/CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM and work with Project Managers to manage the technical scope and client expectations.
You have 7 years of experience
- With AEM/CQ, other Java based CMSs.
- In technical management and technical execution of large digital applications across multiple frameworks and platforms.
- Using dev-ops tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, etc.
- With web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Agile concepts and experience working in Scrum teams preferred with good communication skills written and oral.
- System architecture, including cloud infrastructure, data management, RESTful APIs, basic system administration and dev-ops.
- Developing custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Adobe platform, including AEM/CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM.
- Development and architectural with: WCM, CMS, CRXDE, CRXDE Lite, OSGI Framework, JCR, Apache sling, DAM.
- Custom AEM Reusable components, Widgets, Templates, Widgets on top of JCR and Apache Sling, Apache Jackrabbit CRX and AEM.
- Programming in J2EE, Java, JSP, Sightly, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Web services, ANT, Maven, HTML5, XML, CSS, EJB, JSON, JMS, JDBC, RWD, Oracle.
- Integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM Certifications.
- AEM Certifications a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, engineering, or prior experience in software development systems.
Project term: Beginning as soon as possible through 07/06/2021, with potential to extend.
Compensation: $83.00/hr (W2)
Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week
