Advocating for a deaf friend
Recently I had the privilege of assisting a deaf friend with her Comcast/xfinity problem with her television. No I am not tech savvy, but I was able to assist her by contacting the cable company and informing them that her television was not responding to the signal. Though the problem turned out to be a lose HDMI1 cable, I was pleased that Comcast provided a technician to assist with the problem.
Aiding someone is not always an easy task, but being available to help out is a blessing.
