David Namura is a senior-level government affairs and public policy professional with a proven track record of success across all levels of government – federal, state, and local. Deeply connected throughout the Pacific Northwest, Dave has cultivated strong relationships with civic and community leaders, enabling effective collaboration and impactful outcomes.

Dave currently leads Google's government affairs and public policy efforts in the Pacific Northwest, leveraging his expertise to navigate the region’s legislative and regulatory landscapes. Prior to Google, Dave served as Director of State and Local Government Affairs at Lumen Technologies, where he led a team responsible for legislative and political engagement across multiple states. Dave's career also includes key roles at Puget Sound Energy and the Seattle City Council, where he honed his skills in developing and implementing impactful policy strategies.
