Are you a new leader or do you aspire to be a new leader? I don't necessarily mean a manager or management, because management and leadership don't always go hand in hand. In an ideal world, every manager would be a leader, but we don't live in an ideal world. So, let's be realistic here.?
Leadership Series
I was brainstorming the other day and I had a brilliant idea of doing a leadership series on the topics that new leaders or emerging leaders should be aware of. Things that we can often forget or push to the side in the rush and excitement of becoming a leader.?
I was curious, since I have such a wide base, is that something you'd be interested in? I plan to do a couple of videos in my upcoming series on topics like one-to-ones, networking and delegation. But what are items that you as a leader have miss stepped or failed on for your team?

Let’s Work Together
What about that other leader that you were working for, that made a mistake, that newer leaders could benefit from learning? Let's work together to make that next generation of leaders even better than we are today.?
Give me your comments or send me a message and let me know those topics that you really think a leader should be aware of.
