We've all had those awkward situations. The ones that make our stomachs lurch, our chest gets tight.?

  • Like the time a client asked for a refund.
  • Or, the time a client left a bad review.?
  • Or, the time when I lost my biggest client.?

Sheesh. It’s been a ride.?

The first time this happened, I went into a spin, but the longer I'm in business the more I realize there you can't please everybody!?

But. I know that in the thick of it, it’s hard to navigate.?

So, I’m jumping back into hosting a podcast because there are real problems that need to be solved.?
