Advertising shoot for Alcatel Flash Plus 2 smart phone

We had a great shooting day at a gallery in Shenzhen, China, couple of months ago. The setting was a little unusual as both the lifestyle video as well as the key visuals were shot simultaneously, or overlapping, but thanks to perfectly working synergies everyone got what they needed. A big thanks goes to director Boya and his team from Bexta, and the client, Alcatel. (Alcatel is a trademark of Alcatel-Lucent used under license by TCL Communication.)

I've now lived in China for three years, and been travelling to China with my camera for over a decade, but it still surprises me how things sometimes work in China. If someone really wants things to happen, they will happen on a big scale. In this particular shoot the lighting team ran. There was no walking, just running.

The phone, Alcatel Flash Plus 2, which indeed is a very nice Android phone, got launched during the summer. I thought it would be the time to share these photos with you. I also have more finished jobs that I will be posting to here soon, so stay tuned.
