Adversity to Triumph: A Journey of Resilience and Empowerment

Hello, LinkedIn community!

I realize I've been part of this wonderful network for quite some time now, yet I've never fully introduced myself.

This post is a step towards rectifying that.

I'm here today to share my personal journey - one that's shaped my professional path and made me who I am.

It's a story of resilience, empowerment, and growth from the heart of Ukraine to the vibrant landscapes of the Netherlands.

Let's dive into this together.

I am a certified team coach, accredited by the ICF, and trained by a prestigious Dutch institute "Intact Academy". I hold a master's degree in Psychology, and I have spent over a decade leading and fostering growth in individuals and teams.

I am also an experienced executive expert and mentor with a rich history of nurturing organizations to reach their full potential.

I have had the privilege of working with leaders, businesswomen, and dynamic teams, helping them to unravel the depths of their desires and needs.

Life has been a journey for me, from Ukraine, where I was instrumental in instilling a coaching culture in businesses, to the Netherlands, where I've made my home for the past five years.

My career has been a blend of triumphs and trials, lessons learned and victories earned.

As a C-level HR professional in a male-dominated environment, I spent eight years honing my skills and leveraging my strengths.

I also navigated the challenges of growing IT businesses in Ukraine and started my own consulting enterprise, which I've been running for the past 12 years.

My personal life has been a roller coaster, too.

I am a mother of three beautiful children, with a staggering 20-year age gap between the oldest and youngest.

My family has been my rock, my motivation, and my inspiration.

I am fortunate to have maintained a positive relationship with my first husband, even after 15 years of marriage, and I am now happily married to my second husband for six years.

Life wasn't always kind to me.

I've had my share of nightmares - surviving abusive relationships, dealing with personal traumas, and overcoming deep-rooted anxieties.

Yet, every experience was a stepping stone that led me to where I am today.

I have worked through the darkness, focusing on internal healing and growth, with the help of various professionals and supportive individuals.

My work has taken me to some extraordinary places.

I've worked on the Trusted Line, dealing with people on the brink of despair.

I've coached individuals battling life-threatening diseases, and witnessed the raw courage they possess.

I've worked with women in prison, helping them heal from their traumas.

I've even had the humbling experience of preparing soldiers for the front lines of war as a psychological volunteer.

The clients I work with vary as much as my experiences. From C-suite executives to independent, ambitious women seeking self-realization, I offer empathetic, supportive coaching and mentoring.

I always dig deep to uncover the real issues that need addressing because I believe that the first request is seldom the authentic one.

My approach is built on honesty, respect, and empathy. I always use a scientific approach to my work and not just utilize methodologies.

I tell the truth - gently but firmly - and I respect my clients' decisions, understanding that they are okay just as they are.

My life and career principles are simple: People are okay. The world is okay. I am okay.

But, of course, I am human, with my own troubles and limitations. I am not just proud of my achievements; I am proud of my struggles and my resilience.

Born into a cold, aggressive family, I was determined to create an ideal family of my own.

I've grappled with past traumas and overcome panic attacks, migraines, suicidal tendencies, and social anxiety.

My path has been tough, but it's these experiences that have made me the coach I am today. And, at the end of the day, I can say with pride that I've built my career, raised my amazing kids, learned so much about people, and helped countless individuals.

I've gained physical and mental health, so much so that the internal age of my body is just 28!

I look forward to continuing my journey and am excited to connect with you on this platform.

Let's work together to create a world where every individual feels supported, understood, and empowered to realize their full potential.

Thank you for being part of my journey.

P.S. Are you open to getting some help? Drop me a line.
