Adversity
Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't.
Don't lie to yourself and force things you know work for others but apparently don't for you. Be honest to yourself. Use adversity as an opportunity to learn anything about yourself—a strength, an ability, or something that could easily stir you up. Allow adversity to help you know yourself more.
Adversity creates the confidence to overcome and the learning mechanisms to deal with the things that don't go our way. Creation of resilience and learning to deal with and address adversity is what creates resilience. Every challenge we face and navigate strengthens our will, confidence, and our ability to conquer future obstacles.
It knocks down, yet builds up. Adversity is a true test of strength; those who overcome adversity learn important life lessons. Surviving a difficult journey to achieve a positive end result is not only fulfilling, but educational. We can learn to accept adversity by taking advantage of what it can teach us.
Thoughts are things. They are powerful. ... The very thoughts running through your mind can help to manifest the life of your dreams, or draw you closer to your greatest fears. But most people don't realize the inherent power of their thoughts.
Whatever words you're saying at the time, strive to feel the corresponding emotions because your subconscious will be more apt to believe it. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Affirmations don't work if you say them just once or twice. Recite them many times throughout the day for the best results.
Here's what you can do: Sit comfortably, take a few deep breaths, and calm yourself down. Start to become aware of your mind producing thoughts without engaging with them. If you find yourself getting engaged with the thought, take a moment to acknowledge that and return back to watching.
The subconscious is powerful because it controls what we think of ourselves, the World, our system of beliefs and how our life works: our self-image, the life style we “deserve”, and all things we think we can or can't do.
It's common practice for many of the world's most successful people to intentionally direct the workings of their subconscious mind while they're sleeping. While you're sleeping, your subconscious mind will get to work on those things.
Yes, Your Thoughts Can Actually Change Reality. Before your thoughts can change the world, they must change you. When the conversation shifts to the power of positive thinking, setting intentions, Think and Grow Rich, the Law of Attraction, fake it until you make it... one crucial point often gets lost.
Every thought and emotion has its own vibrational frequency or wave frequency. Quantum mechanics has demonstrated how a wave frequency can be altered.
Decoding thoughts is more difficult than decoding speech produced out loud. The reason for this is that we do not know exactly how and when the brain activity generated while thinking maps to speech sounds, given that there is no sound produced during thinking.
By testing the response of the human body on a vibrating platform, many researchers found the human whole-body fundamental resonant frequency to be around 5 Hz. However, in recent years, an indirect method has been probed, which appears to increase the resonant frequency to approximately 10 Hz.
Primarily though, most completely deaf people think in sign language. Similar to how an “inner voice” of a hearing person is experienced in one's own voice, a completely deaf person sees or, more aptly, feels themselves signing in their head as they “talk” in their heads.
Coincidentally, the God frequency is 39.17MHz, this is also the emergency frequency used by the U.S. police and fire services and by faith healers' assistants to pass on information about members of the audience, such as their name, where they are sitting, the nature of their illness etc.
Note that 440Hz is the fundamental frequency of the musical note of “middle A”, and exists in vast quantities of music, none of which has ever harmed anyone. It is also used as a pitch reference for orchestras to collectively tune their instruments together. 432Hz is not the “the natural frequency of the universe”.
The magic number everybody is talking about of 432 Hz, is said to be the natural frequency of the universe, to have cosmic healing powers and to attract masses of audience to our music. The 432 frequency music heightens perception, increases the mental clarity of a person and unlocks intuition. Generally, this solfeggio frequency has been proven to be a healing frequency since it reduces anxiety, lowers the heart rate, and blood pressure.
Music tuned to 432 Hz is softer and brighter, and is said to provide greater clarity and is easier on the ears. Meditation music tuned to 432 Hz is relaxing for the body and mind and also more harmonic and pleasant than 440 Hz which is the frequency that most of the modern day music we listen to is tuned at.
We all face adversity from time to time, but some of us are able to flourish when things get difficult, while others seem to struggle getting out of bed in the morning. Successful people have found a way to jump hurdles and navigate around roadblocks that would stop others completely. You have to keep on trying in the face of adversity…
Food for thought!
We, as a human race, a society and as individuals certainly have a lot of it to practice on now. Let's see what we are made of!
