BCREA has approximately 22,000 Realtors, all amazing individuals who strive to be the best.
The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) reports that a total of 103,763 residential unit sales were recorded by the Multiple Listing Service? (MLS?) across the province in 2017.
Do the math, majority of the realtors are not selling many units, yet they are incurring very high costs to be in the business or profession.
