BUSY – FUN – INTENSE
Due to a new opening, I am seeking a NUMBER 2 for the Windsor site, someone to join the General Manager in continuing the growth of this fab site.
The ideal person will need to be comfortable with pace and volume and quite literally have eyes in the back of their head! You will be a passionate and fun-loving individual with excellent people skills and the ability to multi-task – WELL!
You must have come from a restaurant / food service background and have a good understanding of how a restaurant works. You need to have a good understanding of managing shifts and controlling costs behind the scene.
Salary on offer is up to ￡25k BASIC plus a share of service/tronc which could amount to ￡3k-4k per year.
