How about visiting France from Tintin’s point of view?
Become an adventurer like Tintin on an odyssey to the four corners of France.
Visit La Rochelle, Tintin has been there, especially Quai de la Pallice. You will be able to stroll and stroll along the quays on which you will come across many boats. Not far from the Old Port, you will pass by the local specialized bookstore, a must in Tintin since 1987: “1000 Sabords”. You will find figurines, albums, pictures and decorations.
In Saint-Nazaire, the port will offer you an exceptional journey in the footsteps of Tintin. This itinerary, which has become a real curiosity, will take you to this fascinating universe through one of the largest French ports.
Cross Le Havre, its port and its city, Tintin went there to embark on the mythical liner “Le Normandie” in order to cross the Atlantic to New York.
Visit by motorbike the castles of the Loire Valley, including Cheverny. Hergé was largely inspired to create his iconic castle in Tintin : the castle of Moulinsart where you will find his permanent exhibition on Tintin.

Continue to Marseille, Tintin also passed through this French port. A sailboat trip in the creeks of Marseille is a must.
What about Paris? Strangely enough, Tintin didn’t pass through the French capital. On the other hand, many temporary exhibitions are dedicated to him. If you go to Paris, don’t miss the very original and daring street-art work of CK Combo located in the rue des Petits Carreaux.
