Adventist Connect: A New Name, A Renewed Mission
Adventist Information Ministry (AIM)
Adventist Information Ministry is an evangelistic contact center that supports media ministries in North America.
For over 40 years, Adventist Information Ministry (AIM) has supported SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH media ministries by connecting people to Bible-based resources, local churches, and ultimately to Christ. Through phone support, digital engagement (in recent years), and personalized outreach, AIM has faithfully guided those seeking spiritual connection. Now, after 43 years of service, we recognize the need for a name that better reflects our evolving mission in a changing world—Adventist Connect. This new name represents our ongoing commitment to equipping churches and schools with ministry tools, strengthening community connections, and supporting media ministries in linking their audiences to local church families.
Why the Change?
The name Adventist Connect encapsulates our vision: to help churches, schools, and ministries build community relationships, establish a strong online presence, and thrive in digital ministry. Our core mission remains unchanged—to be a bridge between seekers and the Adventist faith. This new identity allows us to streamline our services, modernize our approach, and extend our impact in meaningful ways.
As media ministries continue to grow and diversify their outreach efforts through television, radio, and digital platforms, Adventist Connect ensures they have the connections, infrastructure, and support needed to effectively engage audiences. We understand the ever-changing landscape of communication, and our name change reflects how we are prepared to equip churches, ministries, and organizations with the tools they need to foster engagement, deepen relationships, and enhance discipleship.
Introducing Our Three Pillars: Engage, Frame, Thrive
To make our services more accessible and clearly defined, Adventist Connect now offers expanded services in three key areas: Engage, Frame, and Thrive—each designed to support the needs of churches, schools, and ministries in unique and meaningful ways.
Engage: The Connection Center
Engage is the foundation of what we do. Formerly known as AIM’s contact center, we offer a personalized connection center that serves both churches and media ministries by engage in immediate response and pastoral care through phone, social media, email, web chat, and SMS.
We support churches by helping them connect with individuals in the community through digital advertising, immediate response, and personalized evangelism training. Our team of dedicated agents acts as the first line of response, providing spiritual care before handing them off to local members. We support individuals through Bible study mentorship, prayer support, and by fostering engagement with the church. This ensures that every seeker receives timely spiritual care and has a path toward deeper faith connections.
For media ministries, Engage provides rapid response, audience engagement, order and donation processing, and chaplain services. Whether it’s answering a call from a television broadcast viewer, responding to an inquiry from an online form, or providing pastoral care and local church connection, Engage ensures that every person we interact with receives compassionate and immediate support, strengthening the impact of media-driven evangelism.
Frame: The Website Platform
A strong online presence is no longer an optional aspect of ministry—it’s essential. Frame is an updated version of the same trusted platform that has been serving the North American Division since 2006 (formerly known as Adventist Church and School Connect). This revitalized system is designed to help churches, schools, and ministries develop mission-focused, modern, and mobile-friendly websites. Frame makes it simple for any Adventist organization to create a digital presence that effectively reaches, engages, and inspires its audience.

Frame ensures that every church—big or small—can present a compelling online presence that strengthens outreach efforts. This platform is available at no additional cost to any church, school, or entity in the North American Division.
Thrive: The Interest Management System
One of the greatest challenges churches face is managing and nurturing relationships with those interested in learning more about faith while ensuring that no one falls through the cracks. Thrive is an interest management system built to help churches track, organize, and engage with individuals who express interest in Bible studies, evangelistic events, or spiritual growth opportunities.
Thrive allows churches to track personalized discipleship journeys, ensuring that every contact receives intentional and timely follow-up care. By integrating insights and analytics, Thrive enables church ministries to understand their audience better and make informed decisions about outreach and engagement. And all this will be provided at no cost to the local church.
We’ll be sharing more on this soon!
Strengthening Our Commitment to Media Ministries
While Adventist Connect represents a significant shift in branding and structure, one thing remains unchanged: our deep commitment to serving and supporting media ministries.
From the beginning, AIM has worked alongside major Seventh-day Adventist media ministries, providing critical listener and viewer engagement services. By responding to calls from It Is Written, Hope Channel, Amazing Facts, 3ABN, or a number of our other ministry partners, our team has ensured that callers receive meaningful follow-up and spiritual care. This dedication will not change—in fact, it will only grow stronger under Adventist Connect.
With our Engage Connection Center, media ministries now have access to more comprehensive digital engagement strategies. By expanding beyond traditional call center services, we are embracing multi-channel communication methods that align with how people engage with media content today. Whether someone reaches out through a TV broadcast, a YouTube sermon, or a social media post, Adventist Connect will be there to continue the conversation and spiritual growth.
A Future Built on Connection
The transition to Adventist Connect is not just a rebrand—it’s a renewed commitment to mission by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists .? By integrating Engage, Frame, and Thrive, we are building a unified interest care ecosystem that empowers churches, schools, and ministries to form deeper, more meaningful connections with their communities.
As we move forward, we invite churches, schools, and media ministries to partner with us in this exciting new chapter. Together, we can ensure that every seeker, every question, and every opportunity for spiritual connection is met with thoughtful, compassionate, and effective care.
