1. Structure
The liner and outer shell of the gas cylinder are made of stainless steel, and the support system of the liner is made of stainless steel to improve the strength and effectively reduce the heat loss rate. There is a thermal insulation layer between the inner tank and the outer shell, and the multi-layer thermal insulation material and high vacuum degree ensure the liquid storage time.
There is a built-in vaporizer on the inside of the shell to convert low-temperature liquid into gas, and a built-in booster can increase the pressure to a predetermined pressure and keep it stable during use, so as to achieve the purpose of fast and stable use. The upper part of each insulated cylinder has a stainless steel ring structure (protection ring) to protect the pipeline. The protection ring is connected to the cylinder by four brackets, and each bracket is slotted to facilitate the use of trolleys and cranes to transport gas cylinders.
All operating components are placed on the top of the gas cylinder for easy operation. In an independent use environment, the user can effectively control the use process through the discharge valve, booster valve, pressure gauge, liquid phase valve, etc.
In order to ensure that the inner liner of the gas cylinder is below the safe pressure, a safety valve and a rupture disk are installed on the gas cylinder.
2. The use and characteristics
It is used to transport and store cryogenic liquids such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, and LNG. Gas cylinders can be used to supply liquid or gaseous gases.

The gas cylinder is easy to use, safe, reliable, economical and durable. The specific features are as follows:

(4) The storage gas volume is large. The gas storage capacity of a DP175 gas cylinder is more than 18 times that of a standard high-pressure gas cylinder.
(5) The internal pressure of the gas cylinder will rise during the deactivation stage after being filled with liquid. The gas cylinder has a high-performance adiabatic system, and its pressure rise rate is low. Usually, it is not necessary to reduce the pressure through a safety valve.
(6) The built-in supercharger and vaporizer can realize continuous supply of gas or liquid, and no external vaporizer is required under the designed dosage.
