Hi there, our outdoor blind business is looking into a CRM. We currently have a few programs such as GeoOp and Xero We would like to be able to have a system that connects everything together, from having the customers details when the customer first enquires so when we receive their contract database is already there and we just need to add where needed, then we can created the invoices, tracking their order etc so that customers can be updated on their order and receive their invoices automatically etc anything you recommend that would help with this, as I will be presenting some ideas to management.
