1 年Not happy at all with PMAX. Extremely poor tech support from Google. No consideration on refunding money spent on robotic traffic - or from paid traffic from outside of the geotargeting circle I insist upon. Seems like waaay too many bad actors have infected PMAX and all the PMAX Google publishers (is it still called AdSense?) PMAX (and Google Tech Support) is a huge waste of time. Even with the so-called tech support from Google we have made zero progress. Tech support these days seem to have been replaced with uninformed sales and marketing agents who are incentivized to get us to spend more budget (only) and there seems to be no way to escalate tech issues past these obviously newly hired and poorly trained marketing people. Too bad. Tech support from Google used to be among the absolute best. Seems no one gets real tech support from them these days other than incorrect, out of date and wasteful tech support documents. Couldn't they at least put dates on their tech support docs or URLS if they choose to not remove wrong information? Surely they know this is a real problem. Seems they don't listen to their "supposedly" training tapes used to improve quality of service recorded during phone conversations. Funny that.
