THERE IS AN "ADVANTAGE" IN WHEN YOU START

Yesterday, we attended the funeral of a friend’s father at Saltpond, Central Region.?
Our travel time and experience with traffic at Kasoa “to and fro” was very revealing and had a lot of lessons for our lives; the biggest being the time we “start something”.?
For a 129.3km journey estimated to take 2hrs 14mins, we ended up spending more than 2hrs alone at Kasoa - Awutu stretch because we left Accra after 6 am.?
It was frustrating and depressing to waste such time in traffic but we had ourselves to blame - we knew what it could be but didn’t start the journey earlier than we did.?
But we didn’t experience the same traffic situation on our way back to Accra because of the time we left Saltpond.?
It didn’t mean we couldn’t have experienced an even worse traffic situation on our way back.?
The difference was “the time we started the journey”.?
Knowing “when to start” allowed us to benefit from less traffic and improve our arrival time.?
So is true with life. Sometimes, the advantage you need is not in your plans and the resources you have.?
Sometimes, what makes the difference is “when you started” working on your plans.?
Therefore, as we plan for another week, may you be guided by the essence and the influence of time on outcomes.?
When you “start a thing” is as important as your commitment to what you want to achieve.?
If you want to arrive "before" time, get off early.?
In everything, be guided by the time you start - that’s what makes all the difference.?
Have a great productive week.?

1 年I totally agree... I think sometimes, starting off early in life projects also helps us learn relevant lessons quicker
