Let's just admit it, times are tough in the world thiese days however with the right approach it could be an advantage. The Auto, RV, Marine and many other industrys need to take advantage of the lack of inventory or product that other companies in their industry have. We will in the near future discuss and show how to find out what your competitors lack in order to play to your strengths, regardless of whether you are providing High Dollar Vehicles or Soda and Beer at a Mini Market. The Key is competitive thinking or Game Theory (that guy from Jeopardy Referenced), know who/what you are up against. For example during the last 8 months certain RV Dealers took advantage of orders that were pulled from Manufactuerers and scarce used inventory, dealers that know how to play the Long Game had the fore-sight to consume as much inventory as they could grab, to the point of actually advertising Best Offers for Used (insert product). Smart dealers cruised through many more months than their local competitors.
