Dr. Chidi Maduka, an Associate Professor of Strategic Management and Leadership with a thirty years global track record, is the Principal of Favour Chidex Consulting Limited and Board Member of Jolly Airlines South Africa. Pursued a PhD degree in Strategic Thinking and Management in 2018, and was awarded a Doctorate of Expository Communications at the Christian Evangelistic Mission Texas USA (2009), MBA degree in Management with Conflict Resolution at the Imo State University Owerri (2002), and other degrees. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), the Institute of Church Managers & Administrators, and the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria, with a practicing license as a Registered Professional in Management from the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria since 2014. He has been an Associate Professor, and Dean of Faculty of Humanities at the Sekyen Open University Nigeria (Jos) from 2018 to date; a Senior Lecturer in Business and Human Resources Management at the National Open University of Nigeria (Jos) from 2008 to 2016, and a Visiting Lecturer at the Polytechnic Owo (Ondo State) from 2003 to 2006. A Global Council Member of Unity of Nations Against Climate Change Council, Director of Human Resources at the World Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity, Director of Education at the International Human Rights Council, and an Ambassador of Sustainable Procurement and Supply Chain (SPSC) from 2022 to date. Served as Jos Chapter Chairman and Plateau Branch Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered from 2015 to 2019, Management Development Committee Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered from 2011 to 2015, and others. He authored some books, From Politricks to Politics: The Universal Paradigm Shift, and Depression Tranquilizer: A-Z Steps for Managing Depression.

Chris Emejuru BBA, has 15+ years global track record of leadership in business and politics, with extensive experience in Venture Capital, Project Management, Sustainability, and Capacity Building Programs. A Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Communications from Walden University USA in 2011, with an associate degree in Management from Canyon College USA in 2006, an Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute, an Accredited Qualified Mentor Certificate from the Venture Capital for Africa, an Investment Readiness Program Mentor Certificate from the United Nations, amongst others. Has completed programs from the University of Cambridge, Bharti Institute of Public Policy at Indian School of Business, University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business, United Nations Senior Staff College, and United Nations Institute for Training & Research. He is an Independent Observer at the African Regional Partnership for Sustainable and SDG Reporting by UNCTAD, and represents Lowase Management Consulting at the International Trade Council and the International Telecommunications Union. Member of the Nigerian American Public Affairs Committee, Public Procurement Professional Association of India, Venture Capital for Africa, Institute of Information Management Africa, and American Management Association. Dr. Jegede Moses FOLDN RODC, is a Board Governance Advisor, Strategist, organization designer, and institutional development expert with over 20 years industry experience as Organization Development (OD) Consultant, cutting across several industries. He is British Council registered OD Consultant, providing OD services to the European Union funded projects. He is Vice President, Country Director of the Organization Leadership & Development Network (OLDN); Global Advisory Board Member at the OLDN Centre for Organizational Leadership and Development; and Editorial Member at the OLDN Organization Leadership Development Quarterly (Journal). He is a Fellow of the Organization & Leadership Development Network, Zimbabwe; Registered OD Consultant of the International Society for Organization Development & Change (ISODC); Member of the Africa Organization Development Association (AODA), Member of the Human Capital Institute USA. Member of the Japanese HR Society, Member of the International Society For The Study of Behavioral Development (ISSBD) UK; American Mgt Association (AMA). Idowu Olumide MSc. PMP, the Managing Partner of AFID Consulting, has 30+ years of global track record in leadership development, technology solutions and management consultancies. He holds Master’s degree in Mineral Exploration (with Geochemistry) at the University of Ibadan (1998), Bachelor’s degree in Geology at the University of Ibadan (1991); and reputable global credentials in Human Resources, Quality Management, Strategy Development, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Remote Facilitation, Innovation Management, Talent Optimization, Agile Project Management, DevOps, DASA, Agile Coaching, Business Analysis, and Portfolio Management.
