Advanced Energy United
United in our mission to accelerate the transition to 100% clean energy.
A Note From Our CEO
Our industry is creating innovative technological solutions that lower costs and better lives, but state legislative goals and regulatory policy have vast influence over what gets built and the pace of change. That was the message I delivered at the World Environment Center’s 40th annual Gold Medal Symposium this week in D.C., where I joined a panel discussion on the energy transition. The event celebrated Carrier for its corporate sustainability efforts, including a forthcoming product that combines a battery and HVAC system, capable of providing value to the power grid. It is the kind of technology innovation that could be unleashed by reforms to state policy and market rules, which we have been designing in partnership with states across the country.

Policy Update

The new permitting and siting process is expected to not only boost investment in the state’s clean energy sector but also create new job opportunities and enhance the reliability of the energy grid. United’s Kat Burnham emphasized the importance of the bill and the rapid growth of the clean energy sector across the state. Read more.>?
