The first European trade mission of 2025 is just around the corner! Next week, 13 innovative life sciences scaleups from London will take part in the Grow London Global Life Sciences Trade Mission to Germany and Switzerland.?

This mission is a unique opportunity for participating companies to explore new markets, forge international partnerships, and engage with key clinical groups, corporates, investors and institutions. They’ll showcase their innovative solutions in patient care in two of Europe's most dynamic life sciences hubs.

Germany and Switzerland are two of Europe’s key Life Sciences markets, known for their world-class healthcare infrastructure, cutting-edge research, and thriving biotech, MedTech, and pharmaceutical sectors.?This makes them the ideal destinations for London-based scaleups looking to expand internationally.

Our first stop is Munich, a powerhouse in life sciences with over 450 companies and leading research institutions. It offers a dynamic environment for collaboration and innovation, making it a prime gateway for businesses entering the German market. From there, we head to Nurnberg to attend the MedtecSUMMIT by Bayern Innovativ GmbH , a key event driving advancements in medical technology.

We then continue to Zurich, home to a thriving life sciences ecosystem, including 132 international headquarters. With strong support from top-tier universities like ETH Zurich, the city fosters innovation and offers incredible opportunities for scaleups aiming to establish a presence in Switzerland.
