Recently, a woman asked me why we ask certain questions & use validated data in our process. (Point Blank.)
Great question, but a better answer is to give decision makers more answers about a candidate than questions. Validated processes ensure that what you said is what you mean, & that you mean what you say. How much you mean it, also becomes very visible.
