Rational will be highlighting how the iVario can benefit businesses on their stand at the HRC show. The iVario enables extremely efficient production, helping operators to achieve more in less time, without compromising on food quality.
The iVario range sets new standards for the professional kitchen. It replaces bratt pans, kettles, deep fryers and pressure cookers, and can boil, braise, fry and deep fry up to four times faster whilst using up to 40% less energy than conventional equipment. With the maintenance-free pressure-cooking option, it is up to 35% faster compared to cooking without pressure.
