Candidates often ask me about the benefits offered when they are considering options for employment. Something we offer that often surprises candidates is our financial health benefits. In honor of National Financial Capability Month this April, I'd like to share how we support our employees and their financial well-being.

At Aduro, we believe in providing benefits that support every aspect of our employee's life. This means health insurance, unlimited PTO, and mental health coaching. However, we see health beyond physical and mental; financial health is equally important.

We have two partnerships that we are proud to offer: Gradifi and Colibri Capital, Ameriprise Financial Services .

Gradifi is a program that helps employees with student loan payback. When you join our team while managing student loan debt, you have the option to sign up for Gradifi. We contribute money each month directly to your student loan vendor, which helps to provide our employees with the benefit of knowing they are paying back their student debt faster than they would be able to do without this benefit.

The second partnership we have is with Colibri Capital, Ameriprise Financial Services. Our employees can contribute to a 401(k) or Roth, where we match 100% up to 4% of your salary. A great benefit by itself, but when paired with the financial services of Colibri Capital, this benefit provides a lasting impact. Through Colibri Capital, employees have access to financial advisors, Adam Costarella and Andrew Norman, to learn and create a plan based on their individual financial goals.

Last but certainly not least, our employees utilize the content that we create for engagement with our own clients. Through curated content, paths, activities, workshops, and coaching, our employees can engage and design a path towards financial abundance.

These programs and collaborations provide support and peace of mind to our employees as they build toward financial prosperity... and you cannot put a price tag on that.
