here's how to know when one isn't working based off the ad data ??

  • ad creative = CPCs will be high (clicks will be low)
  • headline = CPCs will be high (low clicks)
  • ad text = CPLCs will be high (low link clicks)
  • next step = conversion rate on that asset is low


here's what to change to improve it ??

  • CPCs = make images more compelling (must pattern interrupt) and use 6+ images per ad set
  • CPLC's = make copy shorter ... invite the click ... make it more compelling
  • conversion rate = split test headline, small design changes, subtract things
