Adrienne Clarke WOBSX Syndicate Graduates

Congratulations to Kerry Gleeson the Chair of the Adrienne Clarke Syndicate and the 11 accomplished Directors who completed the WOBSX program in Melbourne recently.

WOBSX is a NED facilitated peer to peer mentoring program that fast forwards women onto ASX boards in a supportive, practical and focused environment.

The program aims to ensure a clear understanding of the role, responsibility and function of an ASX Director and the pathway to achieving a successful appointment. Participants define their preferred sector, learn to position themselves in it, build their confidence and strengthen their networks within the ASX director community. Two graduates have already landed 3 ASX roles and approximately 6 other graduates have secured paid Board roles with major organisations.
