ChatGPT is amazing and language model AI's are here to stay. We all know this. We can ask hypothetical or objective questions, create complex plans of action and use it to generate content for marketing and sales or even create entire animations in it. But when it comes to CRM, how to get beyond just simply generating content? What about stop relying on devs and system admins with API or query knowledge (here's looking at you Salesforce) to get the data you need?

You can use this in the free versions of GPT3 or 4 and the only real requirement you have is to setup your environment for coding. If you don't know how to set this up, GPT can also help you by stating exactly what you need to download and type in your terminal (and even what a terminal is).

If you're using GPT's paid version you can even have the AI make the request for you. But. in order to do that you would have to provide your auth token and OpenAI's policy allows them to use your data for feedback and improvement of the tool, so beware.

What this means is that you can plug in your contact list and have gpt get information on specific contacts. Upload your agenda and know how to improve your task scheduling.

Or, in our case, upload your CRM data via a webhook or API endpoint and have your own chatgpt to create market analysis, churn formulas, healthscores and conversion rates. Or even leverage it for your learning development initiatives with your how-to's and tutorials to help your teammates learn faster.
