Our Mission statement serves as a beacon and guide us at every step – be it to build our culture, interact with each other, and work with clients. It guides us to achieve our vision of delivering quality IT services and high business value to our clients. It sets our benchmark, and make us feel responsible for delivering the best to our clients and being the best for our people.??
Our people are at the front and centre of our business. They are our strength. Their happiness, fulfilment and success matter. We want to build a safer, consent-based environment for them, where each one feels respected for their choices. With this in mind, we have introduced an open, hybrid work model, where our employees can choose to work from home or work from the office on selective days. The intent is to offer more flexibility while keeping the workstreams productive and energetic.??
Some of our colleagues are more productive at the office and have voiced their preference to come to work. We understand that meeting teammates can strengthen interpersonal connections and build deeper trust. Our Noida office is open for everyone who wants to work from the office. There are those who prefer the virtual model and are welcome to continue working from home.??

With this flexible work model, we aim to build a supportive and nurturing community at work that fuels the growth of every person, professionally and personally. The future of work is flexible and hybrid, and by adopting this model we can enrol talent from diverse backgrounds, enabling a more cosmopolitan and enriching work culture. We will call upon our people to visit the office only when there is a requirement, and their presence is non-negotiable.??
We launched the new work model after several discussions with our trusted associates. Now we hope that each one continues going above and beyond their roles, collaborating as they did earlier, demonstrating superb business acumen, and realising sustained outcomes for all stakeholders. We hope that the new work model will keep everyone optimistic about growth opportunities at Nickelfox and take work-life balance a notch higher.??
