These candidates have earned degrees or diplomas in Computer Science or Mathematics from renowned South African universities. Demonstrating their commitment to excellence, they have further invested in their education by attending a prestigious IT academy in Johannesburg. Over six months, they gained exposure to data analytics, data engineering skills, and immersive projects, culminating in a comprehensive workshop on implementing AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning using Neural Networks.

Out of 75 initial candidates, the top 10 were selected based on their outstanding exam results and exceptional communication skills. While they possess skills beyond those of a typical UK or European graduate, they are still interns who will benefit from mentoring and continued learning.

They are now available for 12-month internships at a competitive rate of ￡8.00 per hour (Approximately ￡1,280 per month). Upon completion, they will be well-positioned for junior data analyst or data engineering roles, providing a cost-effective alternative to UK rates (UK graduates'?first-year cost to company is typically between ￡2,300 and ￡3,400 per month).

Upon completing the internship, they become eligible for contracting or full-time employment as a junior data analyst or data engineer, offering a cost-effective solution compared to UK rates.
