Adopt a growth mindset
3 steps to adopting a growth mindset
1. Focus on learning
In "The New Psychology of Success", American psychologist Carol Dweck explains the two main mindsets we have when approaching new challenges and life in general. “In a FIXED mindset, people believe their basic qualities, like their intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits,” she writes. “They spend their time documenting their intelligence or talent instead of developing them. They also believe that talent alone creates success — without effort.” On the other hand, she says, “in a GROWTH mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work — brains and talent are just the starting point.” This view creates a love of learning and resilience essential for great accomplishment.
2. Be a Lion
"I'll say this quietly, I needn't roar to be heard. I can be a friend to a bee or a bird.
Let nobody say just one way is true, There are so many ways that you can be you.
Some say words can't change the world. If they make you think, then maybe they can work!

3. Form a Mindset
The road to success is paved with failure.
Removing the “I can’t” mindset and adopting a “how can I” mindset is often the most difficult step. Everyone has desires, and most of us can channel our efforts toward diligent work, but the ability to overcome constant failure has proven to be the distinguishing factor between ‘good’ and ‘great’. Do not afraid of any failure, as you’ve failed once, you get less afraid of failing again and more confident in your ability to succeed.
Nobody likes to fail, but it’s important for our growth. Instead of fearing failure, see it as an unpleasant reality that will accelerate your growth if you let it.
