Adobe today?announced ?that it would acquire Figma for $20 billion, taking out one of its biggest rivals in the realm of digital design. If you’re unaware, Figma is a collaborative web application for interface design, and is one of Adobe’s biggest design rivals. Here’s what Adobe’s CEO had to say about the deal:

• TikTok has launched TikTok Now, a new feature inside TikTok's app that invites users to take a front and back camera photo at a random time every day. The?BeReal clone is now available for TikTok ?users in the US.
• Starlink now provides?internet to all seven continents . It is able to provide internet to extremely remote locations due to its space laser network, which reduces the need for ground stations.

• Uber has shut down internal Slack messaging as it investigates a cybersecurity breach by a hacker claiming to?have accessed sensitive company data .
• Scientists are using AI to dream up?revolutionary new proteins ?with huge advances in artificial intelligence mean researchers can design completely original molecules in seconds instead of months.
