Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for a CRM Data Administrator for their large international educational client based in Cambridge.
The firm are looking for an experienced CRM Data Administrator, you should be passionate and experienced with CRM Analytic Administration & to be responsible for the accuracy and consistency of all the product data for the business across all key systems which use product data ensuring that the data is consistent between the systems. These systems include the Product Catalogue, Connect, Student Management and Agent Portal.
* Drive the definition of the features that need to be added to the Product Catalogue system to support the business working practices
* To define and manage the business processes for product changes including capturing the changes form the various stakeholders, reviewing these, gaining approval for them and then rolling them into the systems.
* Timely data updates and notifications to relevant business stakeholders
Main Responsibilities:- CRM Data Administrator
- Take ownership in devising, recording and enforcing a robust business processes for data change
- Leading on scoping business requirements and testing effort for Product Catalogue
- Detailed analysis of testing results and learning's
- Post Go Live analysis of the effectiveness of the processes and the data flow from the Product Catalogue to the recipient systems to drive Continuous Improvements and operational processes
- Drive the annual academic product rollover process within Product Catalogue into recipient systems
- Continuous liaison between Business and IT to enhance and develop Product Catalogue post launch
- First point of contact for trouble-shooting of the issues with any product data
- Run User Training pertinent to business data changes in any system in accordance to role permissions
- Assist the Business Support Analyst with any data maintenance tasks
- Take ownership in devising, recording and enforcing a robust business processes for data changes
Product Catalogue Development/Roll-out
- Testing Lead for Product Catalogue roll out: organising UAT and Regression testing
- Successful roll-out of Product Catalogue application & business support for Marketing, Finance, Admissions, Compliance and Centre teams
- Ensuring data integrity is maintained to the highest level of accuracy across all business systems
- Full data change log and audit should be maintained at all times
- Identifying and scoping business needs for system enhancement and further development
- Take a lead in User Training and creation of User Guides and training materials
- 1st line support for business users - resolving process / functional issues pertinent to business data
- Various Reporting responsibilities as per business requirements
Experience Required:- CRM Data Administrator / Data Business Analyst
* Educated to Degree level in either IT, Business, Finance or similar
* 1 / 2 years+ experience as a CRM Data Administration / Business Admin Analyst
* Advanced Microsoft experience in particular - Excel
* Excellent IT experiences - Product data, pricing maintenance, & User Acceptance Testing Activities (UAT)
* CRM experiences, SQL Reporting (Highly Desirable)
* Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics (Highly Desirable)
* Similar roles as a DBA, Business Data Administrator, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, etc
* KEY: An outgoing personality who is influential in their delivery to improve business practice
This is a full time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract CRM Data Administrator position, based in Cambridge, working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £30,000 pa & company benefits.
