Admission Procedure in Delhi University UG courses (merit based) is very systematic and full proof.

It is great to hear that the pass percentage has improved to 83.01 per cent from 82.02 per cent last year. The CBSE topper scored 499 out of 500 marks (God knows where she did the silly mistake) and there are many who finished one hundreth second behind the topper. It is like we have many P.T Ushas in the race those missed a Olympic medal.

Never mind that now prepare yourself for another race i.e. admission in Delhi University. As said above it is very systematic process and no body can help you take birth without appearing in the merit lists.

Process: It is an online process. Do not waste your time to collect information running college to college. One complete form will cater all the colleges, multiple courses if chosen.

REGISTRATION:

• Register your self using your own ID (create it if you do not have one). Do remember the pass word - Do it in the presence of parents, elders.
• Be ready with SCANNED Passport size photograph (5mmx5mm), Self attested class X certificate clearly mentioning the date of birth, self attested class XIIth marksheet and scanned signature of the candidate. (kindly stick to the file size of these scanned copies as suggested otherwise you have to start the process again)
• On successful uploading pay the fees using one of the suggested methods.

CHECK THE LISTS AGAIN AND AGAIN TILL CANDIDATURE IS SHORTLISTED

• DU releases as much as 8+ lists sometimes and candidate supposed to show interest again n again wherever seats are lying vacant using same filled form. You can do it with a click of button on the scheduled column.

SHORTLISTING & PAYMENT OF FEE

• The moment your percentage matches with the cut of list of chosen course/s it will open the gateway of next level process with the desired college/s
• Take the Original documents in sequence + two sets of photocopies and 3 passport size photographs to the related college and complete the multiple checking process patiently. On successful completion of checking of documents college will issue you a key number. Meanwhile the college will automatically open the gateway for submission the fee. DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE STAPLER, STICKING GUM, PEN (blue) along with.
• Submit the session fee using issued key number

Online registration date: May 15, 2018 | Registrations will close on June 7, 2018

You may secure birth in college using tricks but Delhi University will again checks the authenticity of documents, can cancel the admission at the later stage. And it will leave you no where to study in the same academic year.

Do not miss to apply in non-collegiate women education option, distant learning program and nearby regular or private universities.

Students seeking admission on the basis of sports and other quotas i.e. sc/st/handicap etc need to submit the necessary certificates along with above list of documents
