I use this quote at nearly every SENSEI LEADER presentation:

"Management is about things. Leadership is about people."

Admiral Grace Hopper said that. She also famously said:

"The most dangerous phrase in the English language is 'we have always done it this way.'"

There is much we can learn from the life and wisdom of "Amazing Grace" Hopper. Still, when I ask who knows about Grace Hopper, it's very rare to see a hand go up.

Let's change that!

Amazing person. Amazing woman. Amazing leader…
