Roles and Responsibilities

The role is required to develop and coordinate related asset and equipment life cycle models that inform minor capital works, service charges, commercial budgets and work schedules. The role also covers for undertaking commercial, grade analysis around life cycle costs appraisals.

Roles and Responsibilities

To provide clerical, administrative and a supporting role to the commercial team in order to meet quality standards and delivery dates within the MEGA CITY PROJECT administration regulations and methods. 

3. Contracts Supervisors

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide support and assistance to the Manager, Waste Operations to:

?Monitor refuse collection crews and carry out inspections accordingly.

?Monitor fleet compliance and also ensuring health and safety is always kept to a high standard.

?You will also be tasked with various day to day roles which will include working with external service providers, record keeping for contract management purposes, ensuring staff levels are kept in line with contract requirements, ensuring all staff are briefed on the roles and responsibilities required of them, issue toolbox talks as and when required and carry out inductions covering MEGA CITY PROJECT operational standards requirements

4. Planning Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will be expected to perform the following activities?  Conduct long-range planning, land use and area master planning, infrastructure planning, residential community master planning and engineering feasibility study

?Design, review and implement new processes or improvements in the operations or construction of related facility

5. Planner

Roles and Responsibilities

Undertake the development and coordination of all service activity planning meeting service delivery expectations based on manufacturers recommendations or international best practice.

6. Operations Inspectors

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is required to perform the following activities: Undertake inspections of all specified works being conducted by service partners. The operations inspector will be qualified in their respective fields at a surveyor of buildings supervisor level and must have experience of assessing service level agreements (SLA’s) whilst undertake site and building inspections. The primary role of the inspector is to quality assure all buildings and sites are receiving ‘exceptional service delivery’ to MEGA CITY PROJECT’s satisfaction.

7. Landscape Inspectors

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is required perform the following activities: To undertake inspections of all specified works being conducted by service partners. The landscape inspector will be qualified in their respective fields at a technician level for landscaping and/ or irrigation services. The primary role of the inspector is to quality assure works being conducted and in progress, to investigate service failures from quality assurance perspective and assist MEGA CITY PROJECT in driving exceptional service delivery.

8. Health & Safety Auditors

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will be response for Health & Safety Compliance - perform internal service delivery standards audits against the Service Level Agreements and KPIs and preparing internal service standards compliance notifications reflecting the results of the work performed within the FM services of MEGA CITY PROJECT in order to meet quality standards.

9. Quality Assurance & Quality Control Field Auditor

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will be expected to carryout audits on a reoccurring basis by verifying and investigating to assure sufficient controls and measure are in place for conformance to quality standards and procedures

10. Contact Centre Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will be expected to perform the following activities: To deputise for the Contact Centre Manager in the day to day running of the Centre. To ensure all rosters are prepared to provide 24/7 Contact Centre Agent Cover and all work orders, tickets and tasks are uploaded and executed in the system. Critically, the Contact Centre Supervisor will ensure the complete close out of all calls from receipt to successful completion of the work to the end users absolute satisfaction, taking corrective action to ensure that any service issues are both recorded and reported for further action.

11. Contact Centre Agents

Roles and Responsibilities

To facilitate the receiving of requests (Phone/Electronic) and to record all appropriate details and route according to prevailing standard operating procedures.

12. Accounting Clerks

Roles and Responsibilities

Performs Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks * As required perform data entry in General Ledger * Ability to work independently in fast paced environment * Direct communication with suppliers and applicable internal finance department representatives

13. Maintenance Inspectors

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is expected to perform the following activities: To undertake inspections of all specified works being conducted by service partners. The maintenance inspectors will be qualified in their respective fields at a technician level (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civils & Specialised Systems for fire/life safety and vertical transportation). The primary role of the inspector is to quality assure works being conducted and in progress, to investigate service failures from quality assurance perspective and assist MEGA CITY PROJECT in driving exceptional service delivery.

14. Customer Services Supervisors

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will be expected to perform the following activities: Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback. Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation. Investigating and solving customer service complaints.

15.Dispute Officers

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will be expected to perform many and varied roles including that of taking complaints and enquiries from the public, dealing with industry members, resolving disputes through conciliation and investigation per the applicable industry methodology

16. Document Controller

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will manage and oversee the Electronic Data Management System (ACONEX) recording and filing and documents for all applicable projects and shall liaise with the Document Controllers for all other MEGA CITY PROJECT Operations, to ensure that a complete, comprehensive and accurate document library is established, maintained and updated through the life cycle of the project.

The role shall also be responsible for ensuring that proper and correct documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up and any MEGA CITY PROJECT retention and data protection policies are followed.

The Document Controller may work as part of a Document Control team or may be the sole individual responsible for the organization’s documentation services and may also be requested to participate in other department activities.

17. Municipality Field Inspector

Roles and Responsibilities

To perform internal service delivery standards audits and inspections and preparing internal service standards compliance notifications reflecting the results of the work being performed by a service partner for MEGA CITY PROJECT in order to ensure quality and service standards are being met

The role will requires a seasoned operations professional that is innovative, progressive, and creative with strong leadership and communication skills. The candidate must be equipped with the ability to effectively communicate with the MEGA CITY PROJECT end users and MEGA CITY PROJECT service providers across all sectors to ensure jurisdictional authority is performing in accordance with the vision of the city. 

The candidate will be proponent of public facilities in the jurisdictional authority in addition to management of “day to day” normal operations and event operations.

19. Senior QA/QC Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

This role will required a seasoned QA/QC specialist who will be require dto Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards

Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions

Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service line.

As part of the Technical Services team, the specialist will undertake technology assessments for MEGA CITY PROJECT and with Facilities Management service partners to identify improvements in service delivery using current and new technologies, will analyze use of the mobile and static CAFM system to ensure compliance and will assess new technologies available in ‘industry’ with a view to testing and evaluating their ;fit for purpose’ use within MEGA CITY PROJECT Facilities Management. The production of system technical reports, technical compliance assessment (QA/QC) reports and ‘new’ technology recommendation papers are essential elements of the role.

23. Operations Municipality Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities
