Adiwana Jelita Sejuba Natuna Enhances English Language Skills of Employees through an Educational Program

Adiwana Jelita Sejuba has launched an educational program consisting of English classes for its employees from Natuna. This program aims to enhance the English language proficiency of the employees, build confidence in communicating in English, interact with international guests, motivate employees to compete globally, and open up better career opportunities.

The English language classes are held in one of the meeting rooms at Adiwana Jelita Sejuba. Participants receive diverse materials, ranging from self-introductions, daily conversations, formal and informal conversations, handling guest questions and complaints, to writing emails and messages using English.

Competent instructor, Urai Anggi Diah Prima S.I.Kom, leads the program with the participation of 24 individuals. The English language classes are held twice a week, with a maximum duration of two hours per session. The total program runs for one month, consisting of 8 to 10 sessions.

During the program, several participants have provided positive feedback. One of them is Yunita, an employee who expressed gratitude to the instructor, saying, "I would like to thank Ms. Anggi for always being enthusiastic in guiding us. Thank you for your assistance in various grammar topics; your advice during teaching has always been a motivation for me to become someone with greater potential in the future."
