ADIPEC 2023 a total success

The #oil&gas industry's flagship fair #ADIPEC 2023 in Abu Dhabi has just concluded, with the participation of numerous players in our sector. A few words should be spent on the excellent organization, both in terms of logistics and the well-arranged pavilions organized by countries, especially those with significant players in the industry. The Italian pavilion featured leading companies in valve production, compressor equipment, filtration and separation equipment, as well as supplying of materials and manufacturers of components serving not only the own domestic market but also the entire Gulf region. For a total of 30 country pavilions, the positioning of the Italian was undoubtedly one of the best, being closer to the world's most important EPC companies and local sponsors. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the entrance gate, all factors to consider for next year's exhibition.

The fair saw a massive turnout from the very first day, with the constant presence of institutional representatives from the #UAE government and their security staff, which, in some cases, caused delays in the event. Personally, I've never experienced such a crowded trade fair in my industry as this edition. There are many ongoing projects that are about to be released, involving the entire supply chain, indicating a decidedly positive outlook for the next two/three years."

Therefore the decarbonization theme is strongly felt, even though in practical terms, there are still few investments and active projects in Carbon Capture and Hydrogen in this area due to economic returns. In practice, the focus remains on showcasing traditional production capacities to generate and sell energy, with a steadily growing demand.

Anyway it sounds like it was a highly successful event with promising opportunities for the industry.
