Adicon Ceramica & TecnoFerrari: a ribbon cutting in early 2023 for new plant

Another new installation is nearing completion on the Asian continent: in early 2023, the new system being installed in the production division of Adicon Ceramica , one of the leading and largest innovative slabs manufacturers of India.

These prerogatives are also shared by TecnoFerrari, whose main goal has remained the improvement of production facilities in the ceramic industry in terms of speed and safety for over 60 years.

Adicon Ceramica will soon be able to achieve its goals thanks to the latest supply of loading and unloading machines for storage, TR400, and the TGVBox vehicle for the management and automatic handling of large formats. This system is designed to handle sizes ranging from 800x1600 up to 1600x3200, with a production capacity of up to 15400 Sqm per day with a single line and thicknesses up to 20mm.

The TR400 system is simple and reliable, allowing very high #performance in terms of speed and accuracy of tile processing, and the continuity of loading allows the elimination of traditional compensator. The TGV vehicles are equipped with sophisticated and reliable active and passive safety systems to continuously monitor all surrounding space and avoid any accidental collisions.

These machines are specially designed to safely handle large formats: the TGVBox has a load capacity of 15 tonnes and is equipped with an automatic battery charger and a lithium battery to ensure high performance and a longer life. The vehicle also uses magnetic drive #technology, which is certainly more suitable in generally dusty environments.

The #TecnoFerrari machines will fit into a line that is already in operation: the possibility of making new and existing machines communicate in a high-performance manner has been made possible thanks to the careful study carried out between TecnoFerrari's project department and the customer.

Adicon Ceramica will therefore be perfectly able to guarantee efficient storage between the glazing line and kiln, so as to manage the high production levels required accordingly, avoiding production gaps and ensuring quality ceramic products in high demand from the export market.
