4. FSRA and UAE Cyber Security Council Join Forces

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the UAE Cyber Security Council aimed at fortifying the bastions of cybercrime prevention. This agreement stands as another cornerstone aiming at fostering and promoting collaboration between the parties in terms of exchange of information related to cybercrime prevention and security related domains, with particular attention to cooperation, raising awareness and building educational programs, as well as legislative and regulatory solutions. The ceremonial signing took place during the second day of the International Exhibition for National Security & Resilience (ISNR) 2024 in the presence of delegations representing the UAE Cyber Security Council and the FSRA/ADGM. The FSRA is keen on building blocks and prioritising cybercrime prevention initiatives to promote a safe and secure ecosystem. Such endeavours are dedicated to safeguarding the financial stability and data integrity of licensed entities while actively engaging in the national strategy for cybercrime prevention.
