Addsolid invests €30M in new real estate project in Loures

With an innovative concept by combining residential supply with diversified commerce and services, a new structuring real estate development is born in Quinta da Freixeira in Loures the gates of Lisbon.

The project will represent an investment of 30 million euros and is the responsibility of Addsolid. The project is based on the occupation and varied experience for all age groups, including the senior segment, with a senior residence and a unit of continued care.

This project will be built 11,000 m2 of housing with 45 single-family houses and 38 fires of collective housing. Over 7,600 m2 of commerce, services with a technological hub and a wide offer of restoration. The 8,100 m2 senior residence in construction and a 2,500 m2 continuous care unit close a well-structured and innovative offer in the District of Lisbon.

The project benefits from the landscape of the west, and takes advantage of the natural surroundings to create a pedestrian network, where leisure and sports activities are promoted.
