SISTERS, female changemakers - calling in our wise brothers too, change is all around us. Today, we cannot stay in our comfort zone. We are "life' architects of a new future. A future where women’s leadership, rooted in our unique ability to nurture, strategize, innovate and create new paradigms, leads the way. We are standing at the edge of a momentous shift, and to take a QUANTUM LEAP to embrace more than equality.

We need to align with our natural strengths, our imagination, and our innate capacity to co-create, not compete. This is where the mindshift of entreprenology comes in—a discipline that combines knowledge, experience, and imagination, giving us the tools to not only change our individual paths but to reshape the very systems we operate in.

As women entrepreneurs, we know in our hearts that our path ahead isn’t just about our businesses; it’s about leading with a credential that honors our journey—the Professional Higher Doctorate (P.H.D.) in Entreprenology.

This credential lifts the status of women entrepreneurs, such as all of you here today, to a new realm of leadership. It is about giving ourselves permission to step into our fullest potential, to embody our authentic harmony, and to lead the way with men in creating a better world. Let me take you on a journey to the future through a woman-centric perspective. This is not about empowerment - it is the power of women as a connected unified creative force of nature into business!

Goodbye Equality, Hello Harmony

For too long, the conversation has centered on equality—on the idea that women need to somehow "catch up" or fit into systems designed by men. But equality is not enough. It’s time to say goodbye to that outdated goal and embrace something richer, something more aligned with who we truly are. Women don’t need to fit into the male ‘square grid’ of control, competition, and wealth-building. Instead, we are the architects of a circular, nurturing, and strategic leadership style that the world is hungry for.

This is not about matching men’s way of doing things; it’s about bringing forward a new narrative—one of authentic harmony. Harmony doesn’t mean sameness.

It means honoring the differences between men and women while creating a powerful, sustainable balance. Through entreprenology, we learn to combine knowledge, experience, and imagination—three critical elements that unlock our leadership potential in a way that is distinct, competent, and rooted in our unique strengths. In my work with clients, I’ve seen firsthand how embracing authentic harmony transforms not just individuals but entire teams and organizations.

One of our clients—a female CEO—was struggling to fit her nurturing leadership into the rigid, male-dominated structure. We worked together using the principles of entreprenology, guiding her to tap into her natural flow. The result? Not only did her business thrive, but her team became more cohesive, more creative, and ultimately more successful.

Let's Crack the Leadership Life Code wide open...

This journey of combining knowledge, experience, and imagination is what I call cracking the leadership life code. It’s the realization that women have the ability to lead not just with logic and strategy but with a deeply rooted sense of relational harmony and empathy—qualities the world desperately needs right now.

The P.H.D. in Entreprenology plays a key role in this.

It is not just a credential; it’s a recognition of our life’s work. It acknowledges the unique value of women entrepreneurs who lead with their hearts, who bring creativity and community into the business world. It elevates the status of women entrepreneurs by placing them on par with those who have a traditional PhD—because we, too, are experts. Not just in our industries, but in life itself. By embracing this mindset, we allow ourselves to step into our true power. It’s no longer about trying to fit into the established systems of order and control, but about creating a new system altogether—one that values emotional intelligence, sustainability, and community.

A QUANTUM LEAP - Toward a Joint Custody World

As we step into this new narrative, women recognize that we don’t do this alone.

We must lead the way toward a joint custody world, where men and women come together not as adversaries or competitors, but as partners. This isn’t just a philosophical idea; it’s practical, it’s necessary, and it’s the future. In this world of joint leadership, women bring their natural capacity for harmony—for understanding the whole picture, for nurturing not just profits but people. And men bring their structured, strategic thinking.

Together, this balance creates the kind of sustainable systems that can solve the problems we face today—whether in business, government, or society.

One of my clients, a mixed-gender leadership team, was struggling with constant friction between male and female perspectives. Using Gender Dynamics Intelligence (GDI)—a concept that helps us understand how different leadership styles complement each other—we were able to shift the team dynamics. The result was a powerful collaboration where both men and women led side by side, each bringing their unique strengths to the table.

This is the future we are flowing toward. A world where leadership isn’t a competition, but a collaboration. Where we co-create solutions that are smarter, more sustainable, and more humane. And entreprenology—our ability to combine knowledge, experience, and imagination—is the key to unlocking that future.

Never Underestimate the Value of Life Experience?

Let me share something personal with you. My life journey has spanned over seven decades—a magical mystery tour, as I like to call it. It took a remarkable turn when I discovered an evolutionary way to view education, particularly entrepreneurship–?“entreprenology”.

In 2011, when I fell in love with Jim from USA in Budapest. Imagine that—at 62, after being divorced for 16 years, I found love again. We got married in Las Vegas at a little white chapel with Elvis himself walking me down the aisle!

Talk about a QUANTUM LEAP into the unknown. What this taught me is that life is full of surprises and opportunities. ?

Entreprenology is about moving with the unknown currents of life, taking risks, and embracing big visions. It’s not about following a set path, but about trusting in your own experiences and harnessing them to build something extraordinary. This is why “life experiences” matter more than academic study when it comes to being adaptable, resilient, and visionary leaders. Never underestimate the value of your life experience, no matter where it leads you. It is the foundation for all that you are capable of achieving, whether in love, business, or leadership. A key element for future healthy prosperity when including women is “eliminating toxic behavior” especially between men and women – and also among women!!

One of the critical aspects of this entreprenological mindshift is eliminating toxic behavior.

We all know what it feels like to work in environments dominated by competition, exclusion, and burnout. But what if I told you that by embracing entreprenology and authentic harmony, we could erase that toxicity?

In my work with clients, I’ve witnessed the power of women stepping into their authentic leadership, not just for themselves, but for the entire organization. In one particularly toxic workplace, we introduced GDI archetypes for men and women to embrace differences within the innovative visions and lifestyle needs in the entreprenology mind-shift. The toxic behaviors—competition, burnout, backstabbing—began to dissolve.

What took its place was a culture of collaboration, respect, and mutual empowerment. It’s the kind of transformation that only happens when we lead with harmony, not hierarchy.

Why Harmony and Entreprenology are the Future?

So why does this matter? Why should we, as women, focus on entreprenology and authentic harmony instead of simply seeking equality?

Because these are the keys to building a future where sustainability, innovation, and abundance thrive. This isn’t just about fixing what’s broken; it’s about creating entirely new systems that value both human life and the earth itself.

“Authentic Harmony” means recognizing and embracing our natural strengths as women and the way we ideally want to run our enterprises is not always as men have designed over a century and more.

“Entreprenology” gives women entrepreneurs a new framework to turn those strengths into leadership that is competent, strategic, and deeply imaginative. And the P.H.D. in Entreprenology elevates women who have extraordinary lives and success stories triumphing over trauma. We need to validate these extraordinary women in every country. Through my global reach with the World Union of Small and Medium Enterprise, my scope with the Rotary Club of Global Impact and my lead on G100 Wing for Authentic Harmony & Positive Masculinity - I have spoken with and worked with women entrepreneurs of all magnitudes and their stories never cease to amaze me and the value they give to a nation's GDP, to their communities and their world are outstanding. Time for a genuine #JointCustodyWorld based on female strategies and life style desires.

It is time to stop the battle and win the war. Women are the economic healing force for health, wealth and community prosperity! My mission is to mentor as many women into PHD Entreprenology and to establish their credentials on the world stage. By recognizing that our life experiences, our knowledge, and our creativity are not merely personally and financially valuable—they are essential and key to the credentials we bring to every decision-making table.

Is the world is ready for this shift?

Women are the ones who will lead it. With the counsel of wise male leaders. It requires a leap—a QUANTUM LEAP. One that says goodbye to the past and hello to a future built on harmony, sustainability, and the full realization of our potential.

My sisters and brothers, we stand on the edge of something extraordinary. We have the power, the knowledge, and the imagination to lead the way. Through entreprenology, authentic harmony, and our unique credentials, we will not only transform ourselves—we will transform the world.
