4 个月Racism and discrimination are pervasive issues globally, evident in various facets of society, including job advertisements. It's disheartening to see explicit restrictions such as "only these nationalities are acceptable" in job postings. This form of discrimination not only undermines the principle of equal opportunity but also disregards the potential of capable individuals who can demonstrate their skills and qualifications. To combat this, governments must take proactive measures to enforce anti-discrimination laws and promote inclusivity. Every candidate, regardless of their nationality, should be welcomed and assessed based on their abilities and potential contributions. By fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, we can create a more equitable and just society.
