Cultivate positive relationships with coworkers and seek out opportunities for collaboration and teamwork. Attend social events or networking activities within your organization to foster connections and build camaraderie. Remember, you're not alone, and reaching out for support can make a significant difference in your well-being.

?? Fairness: Feeling unfairly treated or experiencing a lack of transparency and equity in the workplace can erode trust and morale. Advocate for fairness and equity within your organization by speaking up against discrimination or bias and promoting inclusive practices. Seek clarity on expectations and performance criteria to ensure a level playing field for all employees. Encourage open communication and constructive feedback to address concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
