To build on point 1: my biggest lesson in driving both awareness and usage of AI is the difficulty in understanding the practical applications of AI. In every way, it is an abstract concept - both how it adds value but also how it literally works. The best way to understand both is by seeing practical use cases being encouraged (even forced) to engage with the tools. Until you get in there and start playing and developing your own understanding of prompts and being "in conversation with a computer screen", it is really hard to grasp let alone adopt!
