COBOD showcases 3D construction printing technology live at scale

On 18-20 January at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the World of Concrete convention, COBOD International, together with materials provider QUIKRETE and Arizona 3D builder & developer printed Homes 3D-printed building structures in front of large live crowds for 3 days in a row at the World of Concrete show. World of Concrete is the world’s largest convention for concrete and construction with approx. 37,000 attendees and 1,100 vendors in 2022.

SKF acquires additive manufacturing company

SKF has completed the acquisition of Laser Cladding Venture n.v. (LCV), an additive manufacturing company based in Belgium. LCV is a niche engineering start-up specialized in various additive manufacturing technologies and processes, which can be applied to support SKF’s service and remanufacturing offering.

Team at MIT creates 3D objects that change their appearance from different viewpoints

Research Team at MIT developed a 3D printing technology that can enable flickering 3D printed objects that are similar as flickering birthday card or flowers. The technology will add new avenues to the 3D printing technology.
