How to add a trigger?
In order to add a trigger, you need to select an object first. If you want to add it to a slide or a layer, you have to click on the layer or the slide and deselect all the objects. Further, you can perform the actions below.
1.?????Click the Create a new trigger icon (looks like a blank piece of paper) in the Triggers panel.
2.?????Go to the 'Insert' tab on the ribbon and click Trigger.
3.?????If you're working with a button, you can also click the Add trigger link in the Triggers panel.
On the trigger icon panel, there is an icon that helps you to create a new trigger. It is placed at the extreme left and is usually the first option. It appears like a blank piece of paper.
Further, move your mouse cursor to the 'Insert ‘tab button on the trigger icon ribbon and simply click on it.
If you want, you can also add a button, if needed. Adding a trigger link helps to do so.
