Adding diversity to help meet our ambitious goals
For years, there has been a select handful of people that I’ve said, “I’d love to have you on our team”. I’ve always openly said this to them, only for them to laughingly say, “Ok, I’ll keep that in mind”. Recently, I made that comment again to a gentleman who I have great respect for and, sure enough, he slowly closed my office door and said, “Let’s talk”. In the weeks that followed, we discussed our strengths, weaknesses, dreams, logistics, and, of course, we had several in depth talks to make sure that he lined up with Best Sign Group’s values. In the end, after both of us spending a few days with several members of my trusted council, I decided that it would be a perfect match for us to work together.
This person brings an arena of skills to our team that are currently void and unfulfilled. He will help me bring a new vision, and a defined path to take BSG to the next level. His wheelhouse of talents and skills includes sales and operations, a strong passion for people, and a love of networking and connecting with creative millennials, young entrepreneurs, and start-up gurus.
I’ve been blessed to work with him for the past several years as he helped me progress through several challenges at Best Sign. He was able to show me creative, outside-the-box approaches to break past some ruts in my thinking and methods.
I’m proud to announce that James Eldridge will be the newest addition to our Best Sign Group family. As we look toward the next few years of growth and expanding our product and service offerings, he will be helping to foster the existing talents of our team as he guides our company forward to achieve some very ambitious goals.
James attended John Brown University, served in the Air Force as a Medic, and has spent the last 7 years in sales and operations with several manufacturing companies. When James isn't working, he's with his dog Pilot, reading, writing for Arkansas Money & Politics, attending a networking event, or pursuing his passion for prison reform. He has a close family in NW Arkansas and we hope that this will be his home for many years to come.

8 年Laura, I love your attitude toward your business and your employees! It feels very familiar and is what I strive to be as an owner as well. I feel like they are my family. Good luck with James and I hope all is well with you!
