"You are so much stronger in person than on paper. Your resume doesn't do you justice."

This is not only what I discover when I talk to a prospective client after reviewing their resume - this is also what recruiters are telling our prospective clients.

Does your resume do you justice?

Most often, strengths are not highlighted appropriately, and as a result, you won’t stand out.

I find there are three main culprits.
